Shipping policy
We aim to deliver your chosen items in perfect condition and within the shortest possible time. Orders within the UAE and internationally are shipped via globally trusted partners for expedited delivery. If you wish to track your order but have not received an email with tracking details, please contact us, and we will provide you with a tracking number or assist you in tracking your shipment.
Delivery details, including the recipient's name, address, and contact number, will be stored for shipping purposes. No other personally identifiable information will be retained.
We strive to dispatch most orders within 3-5 working days, subject to item specifications, credit card clearance, stock availability, your location, order time, address verification, and shipping constraints. If there is an unexpected delay or an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.
We ship to all countries within the GCC. Depending on the destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning that any duties or taxes incurred in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery, are unavailable, or fail to accept the shipment despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to ADEVA, and you will be responsible for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.
