Refund policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. To prevent sizing issues, we encourage customers to carefully review our Sizing Chart before purchasing.
However, if your purchased item does not fit, you may contact us at cs@adeva.ae within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and sizing concern.
Returned items without an official reference number will not be accepted. Our customer care team is available to assist you with the return process.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return unused items for a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within seven days of purchase will be issued minus the shipping charge, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

Items must be returned with all original packaging and garment tags attached.

If an item shows signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. We recommend returning items via reputable courier services such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex or EMX Shipping and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
